I supply:

• Home Information Pack (HIP) which house sellers are legally required to provide when marketing their property which currently has to include the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)

• Home Condition Report (HCR) This will improve the marketing potential of a property for sellers as it provides prospective buyers a detailed easy to read report regarding a property's overall condition.The HCR is an authorised document which sellers can include within their HIP

• Home Condition Survey (HCS) This survey will highlight any property faults or defects which could save a home buyer unexpected additional costs for any repairs/remedial work discovered after contracts have been exchanged if a HCR hasn't been provided by the seller within their HIP
