We are a small Self-catering and B & B business located on the spectacular Moray Coastline which links the Highlands with the North East of Scotland. We own and maintain all the properties ourselves and offer a very personal service to all our guests. We currently offer 5 very different styles of self catering accomodation, plus new for 2009 the spectacular Durn House B&B. All accomodation is of a very high standard.

What is homecoming Scotland 2009? A spectacular calendar of events that marks Scotland's first ever Homecoming year. So, whether you're a Scot, of Scottish descent, or simply love Scotland, you're invited !
Organisations all over the North East and the Moray Coast are currently planning Homecoming activities such as:

- Balmoral Pipe Bands Championships - June 2009
- Braemar Highland Games - September 2009
We invite you to join the celebrations.There will be a packed calendar of events and activities to choose from.Scotland’s Homecoming year, created and timed to mark the 250th anniversary of our national poet Robert Burns, will officially open with a weekend of celebrations in his honour.
Over the weekend of 23rd-25th January events are planned throughout Scotland kicking off the 10-month national programme featuring more than 300 events.

'Fishermans Cottage'
This cottage has an enviable position on the sea front at Gardenstown (see arrow), which has it's own safe sandy beach, harbour and stunning scenery. This small village enjoys a peaceful location with it's own harbour and beach just yards from the cottage front door! The location is breathtaking.

'Portknockie Cottage'
This delightful cottage in Portknockie, sleeps 2/5 guests and is located in a quiet part of this popular coastal village. Portknockie Cottage is close to the harbour, within yards of stunning sea views, and within easy walking distance of local facilities. This cosy cottage is ideal for exploring the coast and the highlands which are all in easy reach. 
'The Cosy Neuk'
'The Cosy Neuk is a cosy small Fisherman's cottage close to the famous Bow Fiddle Rock attraction in the popular village of Portknockie. Located close to Portnockie Cottage, the harbour is nearby as well as the fabulous scenery attributed to this coastline. Ideal touring base in a quiet location. 'Old School Cottage'
Located in picturesque village of Portsoy, this recently refurbished cottage commands a spectacular position overlooking Portsoy Links with pathway down to the beach, and views over the Moray Firth. Please look at further details by clicking on the School Cottage button.
'Durn House' is an historic country house recently refurbished to a very high standard. set within it's own grounds, Durn curretly has three double guest rooms available all with elegant and high quality furnishings and provides a laid back atmosphere in luxury style.
