In an enviable position in front of the churches of St Lawrances and All Saints and a two minute walk from the shops and river Word of Mouth is a small café serving good honest food with a friendly and relaxed atmoshere.  Our menus change regularly and  all food is homemade with love and care. We cater for all food intolerances;  our soups and stews don't have  gluten or wheat in and we make our own bread for coeliacs. We have cakes and desserts to suit all diets - fat free, sugar free, dairy free and vegan. Ingredients  are sourced from local, small scale and  ethical suppliers using organic, seasonal  ingredients as much as we can. We have an `honest´bookshop where you can buy, borrow or swap books, an ever growing gallery of paintings by local artists and lots of deli bits for you to take home. All our food and drink can be taken away.
