Welcome

My name is Laura Kidd and I am a fully qualified Pilates Instructor. Pilates is an exercise aimed at improving posture, increasing flexibility and strengthening abdominals, back, arms, legs and buttocks. It will help reshape your body to become longer, leaner and more toned. It is suitable for all abilities from complete beginners through to top athletes. 

About me

I qualified as an exercise to music teacher in 1996 with the YMCA and went on to qualify as a Pilates Instructor in 2003 with The Pilates Institute in North London. I have since taken further courses such as Pilates Next Step, Pilates Plus (using equipment), Advanced Pilates and Pilates and Pregnancy. I teach in various locations in and around Dorking including sports centres, village halls, schools and businesses. I pride myself on providing a non-intimidating friendly environment and hope to make everyone feel welcome. I offer classes to all abilities and ages including children of secondary school age.

Other Services

I also offer a personal training program on a one to one basis at any level. Why not share a personal training program with a friend and halve the cost. Small group bookings of 3 or 4 friends can cost as little as £30.00.
