Limitations :

• The system currently accepts only one telephone number.

Usage :

• The telephone number will appear automatically on a contact page generated by the system on your website. An appropriate telephone icon will also be created next to your address.

Fax No.

The main fax number for the business

Limitations :

• There are no formatting limitations and you are free to add whatever international or dialling code formatting you prefer.
• The system currently accepts only one telephone number.

Usage :

• The fax number will appear automatically on a contact page generated by the system on your website.
• An appropriate telephone icon will also be created next to your address.

Email

The main contact email address where you want emails to be sent from your website.

Limitations :

• One email address only
• Must be a valid email (the system will not verify that the email address is valid). If you enter an invalid email you will not receive any emails from your website

Usage :

• Note : If you do not want your email shown on your website but just want to use the contact form (which will not advertise your email) then you should still add your email address here but set the ‘show your email address’ to ‘no’.
• The email will be displayed on your website. Although it will appear normal when viewed through a browser we use a clever method to make sure that automated email harvesting spam robots cannot read the email address.
• This will dramatically reduce the number of email addresses that you receive.
• If you check the ‘show contact form’ in Part 4. The form contents will be automatically sent to this email address.
• Note. If you have setup a standard email re-direction with Reason8 you should enter the address that you want to display in your website. The system will automatically redirect the email to your personal address.

Mobile

The main mobile telephone number for the business. (same usage and limitations as shown above for Telephone No.
