Changing the Table Structure

Once a table has been created you can add additional rows or columns.

Adding / Deleting Rows

1. Place your cursor in the position you want the new rows to appear.

2. Right click and in the menu that appears roll your mouse over Row.

3. You have two options, to insert the row before or after the row your cursor is in.

4. Highlight your choice and click once.

5. The rows will appear where selected.

6. To delete a row put your cursor in the row you wish to delete, select Row then delete Row.

3. You have two options, to insert the column before or after the column your cursor is in.

4. Highlight your choice and click once.

5. The columns will appear where selected.

6. To delete a column put your cursor in the column you wish to delete, select column then delete column.
