Inserting Cells

Additional cells can be inserted into a table. Unlike inserting rows or columns only one cell will appear in the chosen row. Therefore unless you make adjustments to the other rows the table will no longer be square.

1. Place you cursor in the cell next to where you want the new cell to appear.

2. Right click to bring up the table options box.

3. Roll your cursor over the Option for cell.

4. A second menu will appear, select from the list either Insert cell before or insert cell after.

5. The new cell will be inserted immediately

2. In the menu that appears roll your mouse over the Cell option

3. From the next drop down menu select delete cell.

4. The cell will be deleted immediately.
