Adding a Sound file

You can add sound files to your webpages. When you add a sound file a player is automatically created. The player allows visitors to control when they hear the sound files.

To upload the Sound file

1. Log into the website control panel
    
2. Click Upload Files  (located in the vertical buttons to the left)
    
3. Click Sound Files
    
4. Click Browse
    
5. In the window that appears from your PC, select the Sound file you want to upload
    
6. Click Open (the window now disappears)
    
7. Click Upload
   
8. The Sound file will automatically be added to your sound library

To create the link

1. Click Step 3 Webpages

2. Select the webpage you want the sound file to play on
    
3. Click Edit

4. Place your cursor in the position the Audio player is to appear in
    
5. Click  Insert/Edit Link

6. Click File

7. Click Sound File

8. Select the Sound file you want to link to

9. Click Add to Website
    
10. Click on the sound player to test the link
