Why the website was set up.

Fresh Care Ltd,  was set up to provide individuals in the local community with easily affordable care products. We were buying from a variety of wholesalers and selling  to local people. we set up an internet shop on the auction website ebay and then customers started to contact us saying "I missed out on that item have you got anymore?" It became obvious that we were missing sales and customers were missing out because they could not all buy the items listed. it also meant the products had to have higher prices due to  listing and final valuation fee, I know how frustrating it is when you set your heart on buying something only to miss out  at the last minute.

So along came the website!!
