If you purchased the name from a third party before coming to Reason8 then you will still need to pay them for the name to be renewed. When the
site became live the management of the name was not transferred to Reason8, but simply pointed to your website on our servers.
You will therefore need to contact them and pay any renewal fees before the domain name expires.
