Once both letters have been received we will contact the new owners to confirm the details and to take the card details that future payments will be taken from. It is at this point that we will also arrange how future email addresses will be delivered.
If they intend to retain the old domain name then you will also need to change the name it is registered in.
If the domain is a .co.uk you will need to contact Nominet (controllers of all .co.uk names) they will send you an email which asks you to set up a password with them. This will give you direct access to the name and enable you to transfer it should you wish to. For more information please go to

To change a .com name you will need to contact the company you purchased the name from and they will advise on the process.
If we have purchsed the name on your behalf then get in touch and we will check the status of the name and advise on how this will be transfered. With a .com name there is a charge for change of ownership of around £15
We hope this is helpful,
