Default Setting up email in Outlook

I would like two e-mail addresses to be used for the website and mail directed to them to appear in Outlook.

I have watched the Reason8 video which says when asked for mail server user name to use the prefix to the e-mail address 'info' for example and then the password provided. I presume this password will be received once the addresses are set up?

The standard email we provide is that of a mail forwarding service. Whereby any email sent to the address we provide is automatically directed to another email address of your choice i.e. hotmail.

The first emails we set up are generally info@ and sales@ unless you have asked us for a different prefix.

When setting up these addresses through Outlook you need to set up the hotmail address as none of the settings are related to that for the email address we provide.

If once you have set the hotmail address up you want to send from the address we provide then the following instructions will show you how Changing Your email reply address

If you are having difficulty I would suggest looking at the comprehensive support provided by Microsoft. They are known for their user guides and know much more about Outlook than we ever could.

The video instructions you have seen shows you how to set up another service we provide wihich professional webmail. This service is designed for businesses that need a more comprehensive email service.

We hope this is helpful,
Reason8 Support
