Please see below the instructions for creating you tables on your website.

Tables are a very powerful tool on your website as they allow you to create many layouts that would not be possible otherwise. Such as perfectly lining up images and text.

1. Put your cursor into an empty formatting box (one with a p in it)

2. In the editor bar click the icon that shows the image of a grid on the top row.

3. In the window that appears select the number of rows you need i.e. 1 for the single row of images that we discussed

4. Then select the number of columns, e.g. 4 if you wanted 4 boxes for the colours.

5. To the right you will see a box that says Width enter 100 and select percent in the drop down box if you want the boxes to span the whole width of your page.

6. In the boxes for cell padding and cell spacing enter 3 for each. This will help you to enter your text etc. However If you want the boxes to appear to stand alone I would suggest at a increasing the cell spacing until you have the correct gaps in between.

7. Then click add to website.

8. You will see very faint boxes appear that are squashed together.

9. Put your cursor in each box in turn, right click and choose cell properties. Here you can decide the size of each cell. You can also colour the, by clicking on the empty box to the bottom right. This will bring up a colour picker to select your colour.

Once you have created your table if you want to add extra boxes or change how it looks, right click anywhere in the table and when the box appears select table or cell properties.
