We would like you to make our website live now as we've decided it is about time.

We have tried to do the Google verify bit but it looks like it hasn’t worked as it keeps saying to do it again – can you have a look at it as I don’t want to press something I shouldn’t .

We've turned the site on so it should be live by the end of the day.

The Google verify won’t work until the site is live as Google will need to visit the site to check the validation file is there. Even when you try again it may initially show as not being found as it can take 10 - 15 minutes before they are able to view your page establishe the validation file is there and show the information in your Google account.
