Can the items listed be in alphabetical order instead of by item number ? The items are viewed by description only so it would be easier if they were alphabetical.

The items on your groups page can be ordered in the following ways

Alphabetically
Reverse alphabetically
Price - High - Low
Price Low - High
Code alphabetically
Code reverse alphabetically
Order of entry
Reverse order of entry.

To change the order:
1. Go to Step 4 Groups and Items.
2. Click on the Group you want to change the order of.
3. Select from the drop down box Sorted by, the choice of order

At present you are unable to change the order that the items are shown when you click Choose an item to customise. We are however updating the Groups and items section and the ability to do this in the future will be available in the update. (Due Spring 2010)

The following instructions will show you how to give a client choice when buying an item

1. Log into the control panel
2. In the vertical list to the left select Sell online
3. in the box that says choose an item to customise select the item you wish to add a choice to
4. On the next screen select Yes
5. Using the following pages enetr the choices you wish to give your clients.
6. Leave teh cost blank if you want teh same price to be applied or enter a new cost which will overide the default.
