First you will need to upload the document to your website. The following steps will show you how.

1. Go to the control panel of the site and click the upload button to the bottom left.
2. Select documents, browse for the image on your PC and click upload.
3. Go to the page on your site that you want the link to be on and create the text that will start the link.
4. Highlight the text using your mouse and click the yellow link icon in the editor bar.
5. Select File then documents, then select from the drop down list the document you want to link to.
6. Click Add to website.
7. Save the page and click on the text to test the link.

We always advise if possible to upload documents in .pdf format as it will be write protected and prevent plagerism.

We hope this is helpful

But don't you need to buy storage from reason8 before you can do this?

Smile No need to buy extra storage

You don't need to buy extra storage space as we give you free space for uploading pdf and word files.

Default Cost of storage

Each site comes with 5MB of storage already included.

This is generally enough for most peoples needs. However if you want to upload a lot of documents then you may need to add extra space. The cost of this is £2.50 per month per 10MB.

This is actually quite a lot of space particularily if you are using .pdf files which are very light.

We hope thsi is helpful,
