You will first need to place the image or text that you want to create the link from.

Then highlight it and press the yellow button in the editor bar. Chose the option to link to a webpage, then chose to link to an external webpage. Paste into here the full address of the page and click add to website.

You can get the full address or URL of the page by visiting the page and copying the whole address from the address bar in your browser.
