To cancel your account with Mal's you will need to log into your Mal's e-commerce account and delete it directly from their control panel.

If you are currently paying Reason8 for the shopping basket and would like to downgrade then please let us know which package you would like to have. Full details of all the packages can be found at Build a website | build your own website | website building : prices You will need to ensure that you remove any excess pages you may have for the new package (unless you wish to include them as upgrades)

Once this is done please get in touch and we will amend your account as necessary
