Through your shopping cart with Mal's e-commerce you can select for a client to leave you a message with the order. The following instructions will show you how.
1. Log into your shopping cart with Mal's e-commerce
2. Click Cart set up
3. Click Customize
4. Click Messages & general settings
5. Under Customer Message enter the text that informs your customer of the type of response you require i.e. " How did you hear of us"
6. Scroll to the bottom of the creen and click Submit Changes
The shopping basket will then automatically add a field for the client to complete.
In the long term you may wish to consider setti ng up an affiliate program with the charity. there are many sites on the internet that can set this up for you. Many provide a peice of code to be used to track the order and automatically calculate the payment.
