We are very familiar with Mal's and have used it for several other
websites for 5 or so years. Something in the reason8 script is
causing the name of the product entered in to the "Item Name:"
section to be duplicated in the cart.... at the beginning of the
line item and after all of the options are added.... we even
went and changed the "Item Name" to make sure it was the
script that was doing it and not something we entered and
sure enough.... it enters the "Item Name" twice when passing
the info to our Mal's shopping cart. Attached is a screen
shot showing the duplication underlined in yellow.

This makes it confusing for our customers.... is there any
way to make sure the cart passes the "Item Name" only
once?

Thanks for raising this. Yes, you are right. I have passed this onto the development team, who are about to start work improving the integration of Mals ecommerce with our website builder. This will certainly be something that we aim to sort out first of all.
