If the email address we have for you on file is correct and you did not change the original password given to you by Mal's then we can send it to you.
To request it go to Sell online in the control panel and click on the send duplicate instructions link. This will automatically email you a copy of the instructions that were sent to you.
If you have changed the password and do not have access to the old email address then you will have to set up a new shopping basket.
To do this go to the Mal's
site and set up a new account with them. When they send you the welcome email, forward it to us at
support@reason8.com and we will change the shopping basket over to the new one.
This should only be used as a last resort, as you will loose all of the order history and settings you originally set up in Mal's
