Default Recover lost information

Hi There, I have just added a code to my home page on my website. I added it to the top of the page and pushed down previous information on the home page, so as to create more room for the code i was adding.
I expected the code to appear at the top of the page as i wanted it, but also the previous content of the home page to appear at the bottom of the page. It now appears that previous content on the page has disappeared, and only the added code shows up. How do i recover my previous content on the home page, as I did not save it not being aware that I might loose it. I need the content back, as it describes my website and it's content and had pictures?

I would appreciate a quick response to my mail please.

Having looked at your site it appears that the code running your website was inadvertently deleted. This means that you will be unable to recover the content.

Care must be taken when adding code to a webpage. It is important that you ensure you create a clear space away from the rest of the code on your page before you paste the code in.

You can also create a back up of the content before you begin. The best way to do this is to copy the code operating the page. To copy the code highlight all the characters you see and click Ctrl C. then open Notepad on your PC and press Ctrl V to copy the code.

**Notepad is by far the best way to save the code as it is a plain text program and will not add any formatting to the code you've copied***

We hope this is helpful,
