I have checked your website and it is locked. I would suggest that your computer is set to not show you the most updated version of what you see on the internet. Which means that the changes are made but you won't be able to see them immediately. this is known as "caching"
To clear the cache go to the page you want to view and click shift F5 on your keyboard. Your computer should then show you the more updated version of the page.
